ECA Recognition Day:

I’m so happy to say that my make up was done by my “mother-in-law”. haha.
It’s probably not that obvious cause the picture’s taken using my phone.
I am so lucky, really.
Some people have to take all kinds of measures to impress their boyfriend’s mother.
Or some can’t even be known by their boyfriend’s family
But in my case, although the relationship was accidentally slipped out through Kay,
my boyfriend’s mum always and i really mean always welcomes me around.
She invites me over for dinner, she takes interest in what I do and hey, she puts on make up for me!
I feel really bad, I’m actually not as friendly to her as I usually am to most mums.
I still feel so afraid to do anything wrong just in case she wouldn’t like me.
Hence, I decide not to say or do anything all the time cause without doing anything, I won’t do anything wrong. :/

Apparently the sketch AIESAC and SAC did was funny.
I thought it wasn’t. But of course I’m glad people found it funny.
And I enjoyed working with the people there.
Honestly, I feel more comfortable with them than I am with a number of SAC-ians.
Small groups work much better for me.

A study made in Chicago actually proved that among a sample of 1,200 women,
women that are more towards the larger breasts side are smarter.
What a contrary.
And they concluded that it could possibly be because of higher level of female hormones
that may result in a more developed brain.

It’s scary that this whole thing could really happen.
That all those magnified natural disasters could hit us one day, probably soon in the future.
I don’t want to die before I become a successful financial analyst.
I don’t want to die before I tried all the fantastic food available in this world.

I don’t want to die before I go to London for my could-be debate competition that Miss Nurleena talked about today.
I don’t want to die a virgin (nudges papaya).

On the sidetrack,
Suddenly I’m all excited for Miss Nurleena’s public speaking competition.
I really want to know whether it’s only her who thinks I’m good or if everyone else thinks so too.
Hearing myself talk, I genuinely think I’m just average, just like how everyone speaks.
Am I actually hearing myself wrongly?

Today, I volunteered myself as the Assistant Organizing Chairperson for Adventurace 2010.
Am I really up for it?
It happens to be the biggest event for the Sky Adventure Club, you know.

Just within 24 hours, it seems like my future won’t be as plain and ordinary as I expected it to be.
From where I’m standing right here, right now, my future seem to look pretty darn good looking.

Yen Mei caused an accident in SS15.

So since I mentioned that on facebook and everyone started getting curious, here’s what happened.
You honestly wouldn’t believe such thing could happen.

So when we were about to go back, yen mei, papaya and I were walking towards papaya’s car (he drove us today).
Yen Mei sees her friend driving pass and her friend excitedly waves to her.
Yen Mei waves back and BANG!
Her friend kisses the car in front’s arse.
And of all cars, it had to be a Mercedes.
But the Mercedes was actually fine, her friend’s MyVi was dented badly. 
Poor friend that was scolded badly by the Mercedes driver too. :/

I know it’s not a thing to laugh at and stuff but i think it’s damn funny such a thing could happen.
I really didn’t know it was possible.
Technically, I’m just laughing at how amazing it is.

It was some event held by the hotel management course.
And I got to watch him perform!

I feel like such a huge burden lifted off me after English presentation.
And I’m happy Miss Nurleena liked my presentation. Phew!
Surprised that my classmates thought I was calm when I could feel my legs trembling and wearing heels didn’t help a single bit.
Oh well, gotta thank Interact Club for making me speak so much in public that I could fake it so well now.

I can’t wait for holidays! It’s at the end of the month. Then the girls and I will be off for Penang trip!
I want shopping. But I don’t have the money.
Cotton on didn’t let me down. Cotton on and Forever 21 are opposite each other in both Pyramid and OneU. Some kinda marketing strategy or something.
Oh and OneU is still having sales. I’m aiming to go OneU to buy my stuffs since it’s quite a vast difference.
I’m eyeing a black skirt. And those pretty flats. And that top. And maybe that tank top. Oh crap, and that slipper.

IMU Cup Cheerleading

Last Friday, I spent it watching IMU Cup’s Cheerleading.
My sister was in Griffin and I was there to support her team.

I literally cried when my sister was about to perform.
I was just so so nervous for her.
Thank goodness for the boyfriend who was there to make me feel better(kiss kiss).

 

The girl doing that did the toe touch is Zhi Yung!
She was so surprised to find out that my sister is in the same team as her.
Cause she doesn’t know my sister back then.

And I’m so proud to say that

THEY WON FIRST PLACE!

They absolutely deserved it.
Their choreography was good, stunts were super cool (thanks to Zhi Yung who’s in CHARM) and very little mistakes(my sister did one obvious one though. haha). 
Watching all these cheerleading performance made me feel like trying cheerleading too.
Sigh, sigh, maybe one day.

i know it’s been a million years since i updated.
it’s been really really hectic i tell you.
one assignment due monday. three on that friday.
oral presentations for them and test the following week.
then go on to listening test, speaking test and FINALS.

my life as an 18 year old just went by in a flash.
and i honestly love being 18!

I can’t wait for cotton on in pyramid to open.
